If the radiator is still in good condition except for leaks on the top, you can have it leak-repaired for 200 pesos. That is if you have the metal or copper top (not the plastic one). They heat up copper and apply them on the holes.
You can have them change the plastic to copper. Don't know how much but should be less than 2k, otherwise go get a replacement.
